Beginners Mat Pilates
A 60 minute class that is carried out at a controlled pace focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates allowing you to gain confidence with your practice. Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning to the practice following an injury/surgery.
Intermediate/Advanced Mat Pilates
A challenging class (60 minutes) that is for those with experience of pilates and are looking to improve movement control, strength and flexibility. These classes are not for the faint of heart! They are carried out at a deliberate pace which will be sure to get your heart rate up. Ideally suited to those who are fit, active and used to exercise.
