Their role of the ISCP is to maintain standards in the profession.
– Each Physio is Coru Registered. This means there is an overarching body that maintains standards of professionalism.

– All physiotherapists at Compass Physio undergo training post qualifying
– In our Clinics we have weekly training where we share our skills and discuss our clients.

We have to keep an up to date record of pur training that can be audited at any point
These are just some of the measures we go through to ensure that the highest standards are kept.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Each Assessment Involves our own Unique Step by Step Process which is as follows
Step 1: We Get To The Root Cause
A detailed initial session asks the questions that will help us to understand where your pain is truly coming from.
We also want to know what it’s affecting in your day to day life so we can set some targets to achieve.
This assessment time has helped us become the go to clinic for those who have had failed outcomes previously.
Step 2: The Devil is in the Detail
Using our unique approach we analyse your movement. We test muscle strength and function and identify the stressor. It could be muscles, ligament, bone, nerve or other factors.
With this information and a detailed explanation of the treatment plan we lay the foundations to help you on your recovery pathway.
We often draw out the roadmap for your recovery there for you so we can plan it together
Step 3: You get Your Individual Treatment Plan
With hands on treatment we can make some progress and the true gold is empowering you with a plan to ease your pain quickly when outside of the clinic.
We will guide you through your individual plan and demonstrate the exercises, evolve your technique and you will then have the exercises on our specialist app so you can view the videos and track your progress.
You can communicate via the app between sessions meaning no avenue is not being used to get you out of pain and back to a mobile and fit level of activity.
Step 4: Progress In Every Session
You will see progress in every session with brand new exercises sent straight to your phone whilst having close support from us in-between sessions whenever you need to get in touch or have a question.
Step 5: Living Free From Pain
As you progress through your movement plan we will help you gain confidence, strength and build resilience so that you no longer feel restricted and can live your life free from pain.
We put in place support structures that can keep you accountable in the longer term
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We carry out an in-depth clinical physiotherapy assessment and explain the findings in a language everyone can understand.

Our clinical specialist physiotherapists provide regular weekly training to help the team stay on top of the most recent research, manual and clinical exercise techniques.
