I would highly recommend Compass Physio. I contacted them as I had injured my shoulder/back and was in a lot of pain.... Aaron was very clear in explaining what the issue was and how they were going to relieve the pain and stiffness. Couldn’t recommend Compass Physio enough ! Initially went due to a reoccurring sport injury that had flared up again.... The lovely Anna was able to diagnose the problem and recommend stretches and exercises to help the injury. She also suggested trying her Pilates class to prevent the injury happening again. I would highly recommend Pilates with Anna as she is very professional and makes you feel at ease during the class which is taught brilliantly. After just a couple of sessions I feel more confident and capable playing sport. 10/10 would recommend !!read more

The team at compass are brilliant. I had an ongoing knee issue and attended Compass Physio for a few weeks. George was... brilliant and explained everything really well from what the issue was and how he planned to get me moving again pain free. Each week there were set goals in each of the recovery programmes. George was super patient and explained everything extremely well. He was very responsive if I had any questions about any of the recovery exercises or general questions in between our sessions! I would highly recommend the team at Compass.read more

Had a great experience with Compass physio under the exceptional care of Anna. After a major ankle injury playing rugby... which resulted in full ankle reconstruction I contacted Anna who gave me all the care she could restoring mobility and strength. Even got me back playing well before the surgeons expected return date!! Afterwards she even convinced me to join in on a couple of her Pilates classes and I’ll tell you one thing, I didn’t feel as steady in years!read more

My friend and I were delighted to have the opportunity to participate in a beginners class. Not really knowing what to... expect at the outset, we were nervous to start. However, Anna, our instructor, immediately put us at ease with her professional manner and enthusiasm for teaching. Small class sizes made for a more intimate and almost one on one attention. When I began treatment in September, I was barely able to walk, and was in continual lower back and shoulder pain due... to a medical treatment being incorrectly performed in May. The first few treatments and exercises were both difficult but I immediately had faith that George could help me recover. 3 Months on – and with many exercises and exhausting sessions (for us both!) I am close to Pain Free, and have a strong plan to continue to resolving both issues fully for the longer term. I want to sincerely thank George for all his efforts, and his patience! He explained everything each session in very easy ways to understand, and is amazingly knowledgeable and passionate about ensuring the recovery of his patient. I was... nervous but George ( physiotherapist that took over my appointment) was excellent in his care , assessment and professionalism. I visited Paddy with an ongoing hip injury I have had over the years. He has a wealth of knowledge and pointed out key... weakness's around my hip and core. He put together a plan that he uploaded to his App that i could put in my exercises and feedback daily. It was easy to follow and the feedback and updated exercises on an ongoing basis really gave me the required structure and guidance to help me through my rehab work. I highly recommend Compass Physio! Both my husband and I have greatly benefitted from their expert services. I have a... variety of health/physical conditions that have made exercise difficult or painful for the past several years, and I had given up. When the lack of exercise started causing more health problems, I started the Ageing Exercise class on Zoom with Emer McCabe and that turned out to be a wise move. Not only has it provided a set time/day for me to exercise, the camaraderie and friendship has been a welcome social interaction during COVID. The exercises are easily adaptable to my limitations, and they're fun and engaging. Emer posts the recorded video each week for us to access any time, which is another plus. I really appreciate that the routines are varied, fun, and target issues that concern me as a senior citizen, including balance, ankle/leg strength, and flexibility. I suffer from ON (Occipital Neuralgia) and have had shoulder surgery, so building arm and upper body strength is a challenge. Emer's choice of exercises have allowed me to safely work on building strength without hurting myself or causing a painful flare. She is extremely knowledgeable, and her enthusiasm and encouragement are contagious!Speaking on behalf of my husband, he had an online consultation with Compass Physio for chronic, debilitating neck and shoulder pain, and the improvement he's had is remarkable! We are both very grateful to have such professional services available at our fingertips, especially during COVID times.read more
